Advisor, Treasury - FP&A

Ideal candidate will be based in Ohio. Expectation would be to come into the Dublin, OH office for moments that matter, usually once a month.What Treasury contributes to Cardinal HealthFinance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.Treasury develops, recommends, and executes financial policy with a focus on corporate finance, capital markets, financial risk, international treasury, and treasury operations. This job family sets an appropriate capital structure, ensuring that at all times the company has the liquidity to meet its obligations and fund strategic initiatives. Treasury also identifies and manages risks that could erode financial strength.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates the knowledge and ability to apply corporate finance theory in the development of capital structure and financial policy recommendationsDemonstrates analytical, strategic, presentation creation, and spreadsheet modeling capabilitiesDevelop the annual capital plan, capital deployment strategy and dividend recommendationSupports relationships with credit rating agenciesForecasting, budgeting, and management reporting of Cardinal Health’s consolidated balance sheet, operating cash flows, total shareholder return, interest expense, other income, capital expenditures, and share countSupports the monthly capital committee processPerforms capital structure analyses and recommendations as well as discount rate assessments for potential acquisitionsSupporting CAH’s growing global footprint, including cash and liquidity management, cash forecasting, monthly reporting, and ongoing analyticsAssists with the creation of best practices and SOX compliant processes for all current and future Treasury operationsAble to complete work independentlyProvide timely and in-depth analysis on complex tasks and projectsDevelop knowledge of market trends and dynamicsWork on various special projects on an “as needed” basisQualifications 3+ years of relevant experience in Treasury, Finance, or banking industry, preferredBachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, or finance preferred, or equivalent work experience, preferredRelated professional designation or MBA, preferredMust have excellent analytical and organizational skills and demonstrate great attention to detailSuccessful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and well-developed written, verbal and presentation skillsComfort working simultaneously on a broad range of projectsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, etc.) and Microsoft Office PowerPointAnticipated salary range: $82,100-$128,920Bonus eligible: NoBenefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.Medical, dental and vision coveragePaid time off planHealth savings account (HSA)401k savings planAccess to wages before pay day with myFlexPayFlexible spending accounts (FSAs)Short- and long-term disability coverageWork-Life resourcesPaid parental leaveHealthy lifestyle programsApplication window anticipated to close: 09/30/2026 *if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible.The salary range listed is an estimate.
