The role requires strong expertise in security, governance, and enterprise collaboration platforms. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and manage Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Implement security and governance controls including Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, and PIM.
- Administer SharePoint Online architecture, permissions, and governance.
- Lead and support SharePoint content migration activities using approved migration tools.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor platform health, adoption, and performance.
- Prepare technical documentation and operational runbooks.
- 10+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- Hands-on Copilot for Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA, and PIM
- Proven SharePoint Online administration and migration experience
- Knowledge of M365 security, compliance, and Zero Trust principles
- Microsoft Certifications (M365, Security, Identity, or Copilot-related)
- Experience using SharePoint migration tools (ShareGate, Migration Manager, etc.)
- PowerShell scripting for automation
