Customer Experience Associate - Seasonal

Answer questions about Huckberry's products, marketing, and editorial content via email, web chat, phone, or social media Adhere to the daily live channel schedule Own the customer experience in each interaction and exceed customer expectations using the CX playbook Proactively identify solutions to problems and propose improvements Communicate with brand partners on behalf of Huckberry customers to facilitate resolutions Use AI-based tools for problem-solving, drafting communications, and analyzing data Work fully in-office during training, then in-office at least 3 days per week after training Requirements Located and authorized to work in the state of Ohio, specifically our Columbus Warehouse Available to work the full seasonal period, October 2026 through January 2027 You enjoy talking with people and building relationships You're able to empathize with customers in a genuine way that lets them know you care about their issues You're able to make decisions and solve problems even when there may not be explicit guidelines on how to do so Ability to use judgement to make policy exceptions while balancing business impact Ability to understand complex issues and explain them in simple terms Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work Curiosity and willingness to learn new products, brands, and systems Preference given to those passionate about men’s apparel, footwear, and gear Reliable home internet connection of at least 100mbps Quiet, distraction-free space to work from home on work-from-home days Reliable transportation to the Columbus area office in Lockbourne near Rickenbacker Airport Bonus points for experience working in ZenDesk, Slack, and Google suite of tools Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer experience management by effectively communicating and empathizing with customers, while utilizing AI-based tools for problem-solving and data analysis.
