We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, verify, and maintain company data across multiple databases and digital systems. The ideal candidate has strong typing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while meeting productivity and accuracy goals in a remote work environment.

• Enter, update, and verify data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Review documents for accuracy and correct data inconsistencies.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Organize and maintain digital files and records.
• Generate basic reports and retrieve information as requested.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred.
• Typing speed of 45+ WPM with excellent accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and database management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
