Billing Specialist I

Duties include (but are not limited to): Working with project managers to create billings and send proper billing documents to customers Maintaining proper backup of billing documentation in an organized and collaborative manner Organizing all billing documentation in proper files and within ERP system Reconciling of internal and external billing records Maintaining a strong working relationship with customer while properly representing Ward Electric Company’s values and goals Developing a complete comprehension of customer billing requirements Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: Detail oriented and driven Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a must Naturally inclined to problem solve and ask questions Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams Willingness to work in a team environment Ability to work in person, in an office environment Ability to effectively manage multiple billings simultaneously and prioritize accordingly Highly organized with strong analytical skills Ability to keep up with a fast pace and meet customer given deadlines Prior billing experience is a plus Must pass a drug test and background check Details: Full Time In person (May be split between Longmont & Denver Metro) Paid holidays 401(k) plan with 3% employer contribution Fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents Starting wage -$20-23/hour (depending on experience) About Ward Electric Company: Ward Electric Company is a Longmont, Colo. based, full-service, family-oriented electrical contractor, which has been meeting the electrical needs of customers since first opening its doors in 2005.
