Cleanroom Assembly Packing Operator

Manufacturing operator role assembling and packaging precision neurosurgical devices in a cleanroom environment. Responsibilities include component assembly, quality inspections, equipment operation, compliance documentation, and process improvement participation at a medical device manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test neurosurgical perforator components using computer-controlled equipment in controlled cleanroom setting
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections against specifications including first article inspections
• Record and enter quality data, inspection results, and training records into manufacturing systems
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, FDA, ISO, and company health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Communicate manufacturing problems and improvement suggestions to supervisors and engineering teams

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• One year cleanroom production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
• Good Manufacturing Practice or regulated environment experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and English proficiency
• Basic math competency and ability to stand/walk over 80% of shift

Compensation: $19.19 - $25.43 USD hourly
