Welltower is seeking a Real Estate Specialist to handle the legal aspects of our real estate portfolio and to coordinate closings with outside counsel and internal teams. You will work across departments on transactions and property matters for senior housing and healthcare infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in legal transactions, and experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate closings.
