Account Manager (Bilingual Armenian or Spanish Preferred)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager to service and grow our existing book of business. This role is centered around client retention, relationship management, and identifying coverage gaps to ensure our customers are properly protected. You will handle inbound calls, emails, texts, and walk-ins while managing a high level of daily activity. This position requires someone who can confidently discuss coverage details, risk exposure, and additional lines of business in a clear and professional manner. Bilingual candidates (Armenian or Spanish) are strongly preferred due to our customer base.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers understand their protection, solving problems, and contributing to a high-performing agency team. Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Compensation

• $26–$30 per hour plus commission and bonus
• Annual raises based on performance reviews

Requirements

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Comfortable handling 60–120 calls per day while managing additional service tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to discuss risk, protection, and coverage gaps confidently
• Patient, calm, and professional when handling difficult conversations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must work in-office at 3804 W Burbank Blvd, Suite A, Burbank, CA 91505
• Candidates living more than a 30-mile radius may not be the right fit due to LA traffic
• Bilingual Armenian or Spanish preferred
