• Must hold active RN license in practicing state.
• Med-Surg nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred per unit needs.

• Clinical Care:
  • Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions.

• Documentation & Coordination:
  • Document care accurately in the patient record.
  • Communicate all changes to the healthcare team promptly.

• Patient & Team Support:
  • Educate patients and families on care and health goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for care planning.
