Acquisitions Associate — Lead Underwriting & IC Materials
Bluecore Residential
Bluecore Residential is seeking an Investment Associate to lead underwriting across acquisitions and preferred equity, and to drive investment committee materials and deal execution. You will coordinate with analysts and finance teammates to ensure accurate, decision-ready analyses from screening through closing.
