Position Details Specialty: PCU – Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Weeks per week: 36 hours per week Shift: 12-hour, day shifts Employment type: Travel Location Nashville, TN Schedule 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM with a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule. Job Description The Burn ICU at our facility provides critical care to patients with severe burns and related injuries. The unit has 12 beds and a patient‑to‑nurse ratio of 2:1. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, monitor patient condition, and administer medications as prescribed. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Utilize advanced medical equipment, including ventilators and specialty beds. Maintain accurate documentation in the Meditech system. Participate in departmental meetings and staff development activities. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license and relevant experience in a critical care setting. Certifications: BLS and ACLS.
