We are a small association management company supporting professional and nonprofit membership organizations. This is not HOA or property management. We’re looking for a highly organized Association Coordinator who can manage details, communicate professionally, and keep projects moving across multiple client organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage membership records, applications, renewals, and registrations
• Respond to member inquiries and monitor client email accounts
• Create newsletters, event promotions, reminders, and member communications
• Update websites, event pages, calendars, forms, and membership databases
• Design event flyers, email graphics, and social media content
• Schedule and maintain social media posts
• Coordinate meetings and events, including registration, speakers, venues, materials, and communications
• Prepare agendas, reports, attendance lists, name badges, signage, and event materials
• Attend local meetings, conferences, and events as needed
• Track tasks and deadlines, identify next steps, and follow assignments through to completion

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in administration, nonprofit administration, association management, membership coordination, or event coordination
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Excellent written communication and proofreading skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Initiative, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take direction and independently complete work
• Comfort using and learning multiple technology platforms
• Professional communication with members, board members, volunteers, vendors, and clients

Preferred Tools: Google Workspace, Asana, Wild Apricot or similar CRM/membership system, Constant Contact, Adobe Express or Canva.

Must live in the St. Petersburg/Tampa Bay area and be available for occasional in-person meetings and events, including some mornings and evenings
