Program Manager – Strategic Investment Portfolio (Onsite in Tampa) Location: Tampa, FL 33619- Position Type: Contract About the Role Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee strategic investments across our client’s Native Value Stream, Digital Excellence, and Service Transformation initiatives. This role ensures that major investments are well‑governed, financially sound, strategically aligned, and positioned to deliver measurable business value. This is not a delivery execution role. Instead, you will serve as the central orchestrator—aligning Product, Technology, Finance, PMO, and executive stakeholders to ensure the right work is funded, sequenced, and delivering outcomes. What You’ll Do Portfolio & Governance Leadership Manage Epics and Investments within enterprise portfolio tools such as Clarity Ensure all governance requirements are completed (risk assessments, digital governance, change management, PCRCs, WERIs, etc.) Facilitate funding conversations tied to enterprise planning milestones Escalate risks related to scope, funding, capacity, or schedule Validate financial and IT cost submissions before deadlines Financial Oversight & Benefits Realization Consolidate multiple BCAs into a master business case Partner with PMO to certify quarterly benefit realization Advocate for incremental funding based on value delivery Maintain accurate forecasting Ensure benefits are measurable, realistic, and tied to roadmap sequencing Roadmap & Delivery Alignment Facilitate roadmap creation with Delivery Managers, DTPM and DPO Directors Integrate ART‑level plans into a cohesive investment roadmap Identify dependencies, timing, and funding needs Adjust roadmaps based on PI changes, scope shifts, or funding updates Surface trade‑offs and prioritization decisions for leadership Maintain transparency across business, product, finance, and technology teams Stakeholder & Executive Engagement Lead governance discussions across IT, PMO, Finance, and Digital leadership Clarify investment scope, benefits, and sequencing Support leaders in improving sizing accuracy and requirement refinement Ensure alignment between strategic priorities and delivery capacity What Success Looks Like Accurate forecasting and funding alignment Certified quarterly benefit realization On‑time governance compliance Clear, reliable roadmaps with transparent dependencies Strong cross‑functional alignment Demonstrated value delivery across Native, Digital, and Service initiatives Required Qualifications 7+ years in enterprise program or portfolio management Experience managing multi‑million‑dollar investment portfolios Strong financial acumen (BCA development, forecasting, benefits tracking) Experience working within Agile Release Trains and PI planning Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority Preferred / Standout Qualification Lean Portfolio Manager designation Core Competencies Required Strategic investment orchestration Financial governance Cross‑functional influence Risk identification Decision facilitation Executive communication Top Tools & Systems Required Enterprise portfolio management tools (e.g., Clarity) Agile planning tools Financial Reporting and Forecasting Systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
