You’ll manage a substantial caseload—with support from a dedicated Speech-Language Assistant (SLA)—across two elementary sites. Key qualifications and experience:

• Current CCC-SLP certification
• Demonstrated history working in K-6 educational environments
• Knowledgeable in best practices for school-based speech and language interventions
• Familiarity with managing moderate-to-large caseloads

• Open to providing services virtually (VOCO/teletherapy)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering direct and indirect speech and language services to a diverse caseload
• Coordinating and problem-solving with SLAs to ensure high-quality student support
• Conducting assessments, documenting progress, and participating in IEP meetings
• Communicating with teachers, families, and special services staff to foster student growth
• Serving two elementary buildings, both on-site and virtually, depending on district need
• Maintaining compliance with applicable educational regulations and best practices
