Mental Health Partnerships Coordinator - In-Person SW Metro

The Lorenz Clinic LLC

The Lorenz Clinic, LLC is seeking a Community Partnerships Coordinator (Mental Health) to manage a portfolio of referring offices across the SW Metro in Minnesota. You will schedule regular contacts, coordinate clinician talks, and keep records up to date, ensuring timely communication back to offices.

You will travel daily in the southwest metro, maintain a careful schedule, and work to strengthen trusted relationships that support families seeking care.
