Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Description Job Description Experience in Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing & Painting. Handle Tenants Maintenance Work Orders. Be courteous to Tenants & visitors. Dependable, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, Good work ethics with attention to details & takes pride in the completed work. On-Site preferred. Available 24/7 for Emergency Calls. Must have a drivers license and vehicle. Ability to handle power tools. High School Diploma and Maintenance Vocational Training 3-5 years Experience in similar position. Company Description We manage three apartment complexes within a 15 minute drive radius comprising of 122 residential apartment units. Responsible for all Building and Tenant activities from Leasing to Maintenance. We pride ourselves on beating the bigger operators by offering better service and a better value.
