Collector Customer Service Representative

COLLECTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Patenaude & Felix, APC of Cansonsburg, PA is looking to hire a full-time Legal Account Representative to join our firm. Do you want to work for a law firm that offers you growth opportunities? Essential Responsibilities Collect, negotiate, and recommend solutions to consumers via phone. Set up payment or settlement arrangements in the database. Identify accounts that require legal processing. Spanish speaking is a bonus. Qualifications No experience necessary, training provided. Customer service experience preferred. Good communication skills. Must be 18 years of age or older. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Ability to pass a background and drug testWORK SCHEDULE
