Invoice & Account Data Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support invoice processing, data entry, and new account setup as part of a business transition. This person will be responsible for entering and updating invoice and account information, creating new accounts, maintaining accurate records, and working with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update invoice information accurately in the system.
• Create and maintain new customer/vendor accounts and account records.
• Transfer and update invoice information as accounts transition.
• Review invoices and account details for accuracy and completeness.
• Research and correct data or invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and accurate records in the system.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to clarify invoice or account information.
• Perform data verification and basic reconciliation of invoice/account information.
• Manage multiple records and invoices while meeting deadlines.
• Use ERP/accounting systems and Excel for data entry, tracking, and updates.

Required Skills

• Experience with data entry, invoicing, billing, or accounting operations .
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience entering and maintaining large amounts of data.
• Experience creating or updating account/vendor records.
• Good Excel skills.
• Experience working with an ERP or business system.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
