People Operations Generalist

Owning the People function end-to-end, the full-time Senior People Operations Generalist will manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance for a remote team, while ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience. Key responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for employees and contractors, ensuring a responsive and positive candidate experience Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, providing a smooth and compliant experience for new hires and departing employees Administer health benefits and 401(k), serving as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries and supporting open enrollment Required qualifications 3-6 years of experience in a People Operations or HR Generalist role with a proven track record of managing core People processes Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting processes Strong accuracy and follow-through with sensitive data, demonstrating sound judgment with confidential employee matters Ability to operate independently and manage ambiguous problems effectively Experience in multi-state employment environments and familiarity with compliance regulations is a plus
