The People Concern

The People Concern in Los Angeles is seeking a Substance Abuse Case Manager to support individuals in permanent supportive housing (SPA 4). You will act as primary case manager, guide members toward inpatient or intensive treatment as needed, and model wellness, recovery, and coping while ensuring high-quality service delivery and efficient operations. You will collaborate with clinicians, counselors, and staff, perform initial assessments, coordinate housing and services, and advocate for #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
