Technology Sector Leader

Job Summary Technology Sector Leader to lead client engagement and growth initiatives for leading tech giants in the U.S., based in the Bay Area with a hybrid work model. Role reports directly to the MD for Americas. Overview Partner with large, strategic clients—including top‑5 U.S. tech giants—to deliver comprehensive, end‑to‑end solutions. Own full client engagement: client satisfaction, employee engagement, and global P & L responsibility. Drive revenue growth, improve P & L, and build a strategic growth plan for the client portfolio. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Inside Sales, Account Management, delivery teams and Centers of Excellence to accelerate revenue and margin performance. Business Objectives Build deep client relationships, accelerate revenue and margin growth, and operate under a global operating model. Measure success by increasing revenue, expanding the $ACV pipeline across all services, improving Gross Margins (GM %), and building relationships with senior stakeholders to enable cross‑sell and upsell opportunities. Grow pipeline for AI data services, track qualified leads, weighted $ACV and win‑rate metrics. Key Activities Resolve customer concerns efficiently. Develop and continuously refine account strategies aligned with financial and operational targets. Build new client relationships through meetings, presentations, calls, networking and campaigns. Coach and mentor account managers to deepen client relationships and solution capability. Monitor client satisfaction and adjust strategies. Create business proposals, solution constructs and pricing strategies. Negotiate new business contracts. Offer services, IPs, solutions and consultations. Encourage sales among current and new clients within the account. Lead GTM initiatives: customer & competitor insights, refined sales strategies, strategic campaigns, identification of priority services, target personas and strategic investment business cases. Account planning and management (up‑sell, cross‑sell). Expand footprint in new lines of business within the client. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and optimize revenue management meetings. Prepare materials for monthly business reviews, forecast reviews and margin improvement plans.
