HR/Admin Coordinator (Korean Bilingual)

Daesang Corporation was founded in 1956 in South Korea and has since grown to become one of the world's leading producers of consumer food products Daesang boasts about 40 sales and manufacturing subsidiaries in South Korea, United States, Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, and Vietnam Daesang’s Jongga and Chung Jung One brands are brands of Korean Food in South Korea as well as in the US We have an ambitious goal to bring authentic and delicious Korean foods to prominence in the US Daesang America is the US branch of Daesang Corporation Daesang America is committed to marketing and distributing food and ingredient products in the US market The company’s major clients are American retailers such as Walmart, Costco, Trader Joe's, Kroger, Safeway, H Mart, and other markets It currently operates two offices, one in New Jersey as its headquarters office and the other in California as our west office Responsibilities Human Resources Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation Manage employee information and data within HR systems (HRIS) Support attendance, leave, and time‑off administration Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries Assist with employment contracts, employment verification letters, and other HR-related documentation Maintain organizational charts and workforce records Support recruitment activities, including job posting management, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination Administration Manage daily office operations and workplace facilities Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and company asset management Support expense administration and corporate card management Manage vendor relationships and service contracts Coordinate mail, deliveries, and visitor reception Support company events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications Handle general administrative tasks to ensure efficient business operations Qualifications and skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 0–2 years of experience in HR, Administration, Operations, or a related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Experience in a startup or fast‑paced work environment Familiarity with HRIS, ERP, or related business systems Experience supporting employee benefits and office administration Positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and service‑oriented mindset Benefits Vacation and Sick days Full Insurance (Health, Dental, Vision & Life) #J-18808-Ljbffr
