About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Account Supervisor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of driving strategy across various marketing segments for multiple brands. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing talent development, and achieving financial goals through both organic growth and new business opportunities. The VP, AS will lead brand strategy, ensure client satisfaction, provide strategic direction in the creative process, and manage account finances. Additionally, the role involves identifying and participating in new business initiatives, motivating the account group team, and mentoring direct reports. Applicants for the VP, Account Supervisor position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in medical marketing or agency settings. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing direct reports, leading multi-disciplinary brand teams, and possessing solid strategic thinking and communication skills. Experience in digital projects and a strong digital focus is essential.
