We’re looking for an ambitious, motivated, and customer-focused  Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy building relationships, and are driven to achieve and exceed goals, we’d love to hear from you.

As an Automotive Sales Associate, you’ll help customers find the right vehicle for their needs while delivering an exceptional, professional experience from the first interaction through the sale and beyond.

• Build and nurture strong customer relationships with the goal of creating clients for life
• Use consultative selling techniques to understand customers’ needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions
• Ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and provide personalized recommendations
• Develop strong knowledge of our new and pre-owned inventory, vehicle features, optional packages, technology, and financing options
• Deliver professional, engaging vehicle demonstrations and product presentations
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals and repeat business
• Learn effective strategies for overcoming objections and confidently navigating the sales process
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the buying journey
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to review goals, activities, performance, and opportunities for improvement
• Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and “A game”to work every day

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop product and sales knowledge
• Ability to build trust and create lasting relationships with customers

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but motivated candidates eager to learn are encouraged to apply
