Key Responsibilities Perform and customize The Only Facial Signature Facial, analyze client skin conditions and develop tailored treatment plans. Educate clients on skincare routines and long‑term skin health. Recommend products aligned with client needs, lifestyle, and budget. Ensure every treatment delivers a WOW experience through visible progress. Build trust and rapport that encourages repeat visits. Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes. Communicate clearly about expectations, results, and next steps. Uphold a calm, professional, and welcoming treatment room environment. Contribute positively to team energy and collaboration. Participate in training, workshops, and coaching sessions. Accept and apply feedback to improve performance. Consistently meet standards for professionalism, punctuality, and preparation. Required Qualifications Licensed Aesthetician (Texas) from an accredited institution. Strong consultation and communication skills. Passion for skincare education and results‑driven treatments. Availability for weekdays, nights, and weekends. Ability to follow protocols while personalizing client experience. Preferred Qualifications 3–5 years of professional aesthetician experience. Experience with Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, Peels, and exfoliation treatments. Strong product knowledge. Experience working in a performance‑ or standards‑based environment.
