We're hiring experienced Manual and Robotic Welders for our 2nd shift team. If you have MIG welding experience and enjoy working in a clean, organized manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you. Pay & Schedule 2nd Shift 2pm - 12am Monday-Thursday Starting at $25+/hour (based on experience) Overtime opportunities available What You'll Do Perform manual and/or robotic MIG welding on mild steel ranging from 20-gauge to 3/8\" thick Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions Set up welding jobs using fixtures, jigs, or open-table layouts Produce high-quality welds that meet customer and company specifications Inspect completed work using precision measuring tools Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Perform routine preventative maintenance on welding equipment Follow all quality standards and safety procedures Opportunity to qualify for certifications including AWS, ASME IX, and NAVSEA What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with manual welding, robotic welding, or both Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Stand and walk throughout the shift Lift up to 50 lbs as needed If you're looking for a stable opportunity with competitive pay, growth potential, and a team that takes pride in quality work, #J-18808-Ljbffr Engauge Workforce Solutions
