Site Leader

HireLevelis looking for multiple Site Leaders located in Princeton, IN. HireLevel is seeking Site Lead Support team members to help oversee daily operations at a manufacturing site. This role is ideal for someone with previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment who can communicate effectively, support a team, and help ensure work is completed safely and according to quality standards.The Site Lead Support will serve as a key point of contact between employees, customers, and management while helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Job Title: Site Lead Support Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Shift: Gold Shift Pay:$18.00/hour + $0.75 shift premium = $18.75/hour$18.00/hour base pay$0.75/hour shift premium$18.75/hour total pay on Gold Shift Responsibilities of Site Lead Support Provide leadership, guidance, and support to site personnel Help staff and supervise employees to ensure daily work is completed effectively Maintain positive working relationships with customers and site personnel Monitor work quality and ensure company and customer standards are met Train and assist employees with job responsibilities and procedures Coordinate changes in assignments, staffing, and daily site needs Communicate issues, updates, and concerns to management Help monitor safety and ensure employees follow required procedures Assist with audits, inspections, and quality checks Complete required documentation and reports Support site operations and assist with additional duties as needed Requirements for Site Lead Support Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Comfortable working with customers, employees, and management High school diploma or equivalent preferred HireLevel is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
