Shift Manager – Industry Focus Leadpoint Business Services is currently seeking a Shift Manager to perform a variety of tasks within our recycling facility in Denver, CO. The primary responsibility of the Shift Manager is to motivate team performance to achieve production goals and individual KPIs. You’ll assist the Location Manager in implementing workforce management programs and managing a team of production employees on a specific shift. Pay and Shift Pay rate: $30.00/hour.
