Other warehouse clerk duties and responsibilities includes keeping reports about shipments and inventory levels; putting labels on goods; maintaining the warehouse area.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service to our customersProactively communicate order status, delays and equipment substitutions to customersLead the investigation and resolution process for damaged returned equipmentPoint of contact for Drivers returning with equipmentSupport Operations team to check and confirm equipment orders are complete and ready for delivery or shipment.Perform Quality Control Checks on all ordersAssist in locating equipment and shipping logisticsSupport shipping/receiving when needed including completing Hazmat Shipping CertificationPerform daily cycle counts inventory controlResolves internal and external customer problemsMaintain Warehouse CleanlinessOther duties, as assignedKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesMicrosoft Office proficiencyAbility to think analytically with a focus on problem troubleshootingExcellent communication skills- written, verbal, interpersonal & phone.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, meet strict deadlines and perform under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.Detail oriented with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting with peers and colleagues.Solid planning and organizational skills.Monitor inventory.Maintain accurate labeling of equipment.Fills orders or issues supplies from stockChecks physical condition of supplies/inventoryCounts materials, documents and other itemsRecords numbers, codes or other informationBe able to use technology (PCs, scanners, etc.) to complete job tasksA flexible and strong team player that can work in a fast-paced environmentEducation/ExperienceHigh School Diploma and/or equivalent work experience preferredEnvironmentWork is performed in an office setting and in a variety of client settings that will include exposure to seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations. There are frequent employee and client contacts and interruptions in person and via the telephone during the day.
