Director, Compensation

Leading the strategy and execution of compensation and benefits initiatives across the Americas, the full-time remote Director of Compensation and Benefits will collaborate with HR and regional leadership to ensure competitive and compliant rewards programs while managing a regional team. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the regional Compensation & Benefits team, overseeing performance management and goal-setting processes Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with global standards and local market requirements Translate compensation and benefits data into actionable insights, delivering recommendations based on analysis of market trends Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of experience leading compensation and benefits programs in a global corporate environment 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and collaborating with senior business leaders Strong understanding of international and regional labor laws across the Americas Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis
