• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Coachable, adaptable, and persistent with a strong desire to learn and advance
• Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Previous experience supporting senior living, skilled nursing, home health, hospice, or other healthcare organizations

Job Description: A senior care technology client of Insight Global is seeking a Business Development Executive to help accelerate top-line revenue growth by developing relationships with qualified healthcare organizations. This individual will identify, engage, and convert prospective customers into qualified sales opportunities while supporting the company's continued market expansion. The ideal candidate is results-driven, commercially focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In this role, the Business Development Executive will proactively identify new business opportunities across existing and emerging healthcare markets. This individual will execute outbound prospecting strategies, conduct market and account research, qualify inbound marketing leads, and develop business plans based on prospective customers' needs. They will create and nurture opportunities throughout the buying process while maintaining consistent activity against pipeline and revenue goals.

The Business Development Executive will engage prospective healthcare organizations, uncover business needs, and coordinate system demonstrations for qualified opportunities. This person will also partner with sales enablement and other internal teams to strengthen outreach strategies and optimize pipeline development. Success in this position requires disciplined execution, strong commercial judgment, and a consistent drive to meet and exceed performance targets.

We are looking for a motivated and persistent sales professional who is eager to build a career within a growing technology organization. The ideal candidate is coachable, adaptable, technically inclined, and able to communicate effectively with prospective customers. This is a full-time position offering a base salary of $80,000 with up to $70,000 in additional on-target earnings, for a total potential on-target compensation of $150,000.
