Job Title: Banquet Server
Location: Grasslands Club – Gallatin, TN
Job Type: Full-time and Part-Time / Seasonal (with potential for year-round opportunities)

We’re looking for energetic, service-driven Banquet Servers and Bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and love delivering exceptional hospitality.

Banquet Servers:

• Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service during events
• Set up and break down banquet spaces, including tables, linens, and décor
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless event experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event

• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Willingness to learn and adhere to the Grasslands standard of service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bartending experience preferred (for bartender roles)
• TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)

This role requires availability on weekends and key holidays, including:

• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
  (Holiday shifts will be rotated among team members.)
