Marketing Specialist

Title: Marketing Specialist Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA / 100% onsite Pay Range $28-$36ph BOE Long term contract Looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand, strengthen customer relationships, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has hands-on marketing experience and is highly proficient with HubSpot. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, and other channels. Manage and maintain HubSpot, including contacts, lists, workflows, email campaigns, forms, and reporting. Create and manage email marketing campaigns and lead-nurturing programs. Track leads, customer engagement, campaign performance, and marketing KPIs. Develop marketing content, including website copy, email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials. Coordinate with the sales and management teams to support lead generation and customer retention. Maintain accurate customer and prospect data within HubSpot. Analyze campaign results and make recommendations to improve performance. Research market trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth. Support promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives as needed. Required Qualifications Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot is required. 2+ years of marketing experience preferred. Experience with email marketing, lead generation, and CRM management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and project-management abilities. Comfortable analyzing marketing data and campaign performance.
