We are looking for a passionate, friendly, and energetic Prep Cook to join our team. All staff must have weekend and holiday availability and a passion for local, high‑quality ingredients. Responsibilities Prepare and cook food using scratch ingredients from local farm partners. Set up line cooks for success during meal periods. Learn flavor profiles, global food trends, and all kitchen stations. Assist with building a career ladder through our hat‑development program. Qualifications Minimum 18 years old. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Weekend and holiday availability required. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) plan. Employee Assistance Program.
