BaneCare Management is seeking an experienced Vice President of Business Development to lead company-wide census growth, referral development, and admissions strategy across our seven skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout Massachusetts. The Vice President will oversee the company's Clinical Liaison, Business Development, and Corporate Admissions functions while providing functional leadership to Facility Admissions Directors. This role will be responsible for developing referral partnerships, improving admissions performance, and driving sustainable census and revenue growth while maintaining high standards for clinical appropriateness and compliance.

• Lead company-wide census, occupancy, skilled-mix, and payer-mix strategy.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, case managers, ACOs, managed care organizations, and other referral partners.

• Identify new referral sources, market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and specialty programs.

• Oversee referral intake, clinical review, admissions, payer verification, and authorization processes.

• Recruit, train, coach, and lead Business Development, Clinical Liaison, and Corporate Admissions teams.

• Partner with facility Administrators and clinical leadership to improve referral conversion, bed utilization, and admissions performance.

• Monitor key performance indicators including referrals, admissions, conversion rates, occupancy, payer mix, denials, and lost referrals.

• Lead regular census and business development meetings and develop corrective action plans when needed.

• Manage the business development budget and approved marketing initiatives.

• Ensure all referral, marketing, and admission practices comply with applicable federal and Massachusetts requirements.

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree, RN licensure, or LNHA preferred.

• 7+ years of skilled nursing/post-acute admissions or business development experience.

• At least 3 years of multi-facility leadership experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Medicare Part A, MassHealth, managed care authorization, and PDPM.

• Experience with PointClickCare and CRM/referral platforms preferred.

• Excellent leadership, communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly throughout Massachusetts.

$165,000–$200,000/year , plus a full benefits package.
