We are hiring an AT&T Sales Representative to work directly with customers in a face-to-face sales environment within an assigned territory. In this role, you will represent AT&T products and services , helping customers explore technology solutions including wireless plans, smartphones, internet, TV and entertainment services, device upgrades, and current promotions .
You will focus on understanding each customer’s needs, explaining available options, and recommending AT&T solutions that provide the right combination of connectivity, technology, and value.
What You Will Do
- Meet with customers face to face within an assigned local territory
- Present AT&T wireless, phone, internet, TV, and technology services
- Explain current plans, bundles, device options, upgrades, and promotional offers
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Assist customers with new service enrollments, upgrades, and account options
- Build customer relationships through professional, consultative sales conversations
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Participate in daily team meetings, product education, and sales training
- Stay knowledgeable about AT&T products, technology, services, and promotions
- Track customer interactions and sales activity using company systems

- Strong interest in sales, technology, customer service, or marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and presenting products in person
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
- Motivated by goals and a results-driven sales environment
- Coachable and willing to learn new products and sales strategies
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
