What You'll Be Doing As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest has a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
- Answering guest inquiries and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Managing phone calls and assisting with guest requests.
- Collaborating with other team members to maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a guest-facing role and brings a positive, can-do attitude to work every day. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
