Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for residents to determine functional level, goals, and discharge planning.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on activities of daily living, mobility, cognitive engagement, and safety.
- Provide direct therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to maximize independence.
- Document treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in a timely, compliant manner.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (nursing, rehabilitation staff, social work, and physicians) to coordinate resident care and discharge planning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies while maintaining resident dignity and safety.

Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist license to practice in Montana or eligibility for MT licensure
- Ability to work in a long-term care / skilled nursing setting
- Days shift availability and willingness to travel for a temporary assignment
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative skills
- Prior experience in rehabilitation, acute care, or skilled nursing settings preferred
