If you want to do the most impactful work of your career, this is where to do it. $185,000 - $225,000 Full-Time / Onsite (5 days/week) About The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to drive development of features across our product platform. What You’ll Do Own a core domain of the Mochi platform end-to-end - strategy, roadmap, and shipped outcomes. Identify where AI can transform the patient, provider, or customer service agent experience, shipping the first features with evals/guardrails for responsible clinical deployment. Serve as a partner for key internal teams, leading discovery to understand their unique workflow requirements and use cases across clinical, operational, and pharmacy contexts Gather and synthesize feedback from patients, providers, and pharmacy partners to inform roadmap priorities Work with engineering on integrations and interoperability requirements Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks for product performance outcomes Who You Are 5-7+ years of product management experience, ideally at digital health startups, healthcare technology companies, or health systems innovation teams Demonstrated ability to own product roadmaps from strategy through execution Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications Track record of shipping products that required cross‑functional coordination Bonus: Familiarity with medical billing fundamentals: E&M coding, telehealth modifiers, claim submission, denials, and remittance workflows Understanding of a modern growth stack: attribution tooling, product analytics, experimentation platforms, and CDPs Technical or quantitative background — a degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a related field Benefits ALL MEALS CATERED – five days a week, breakfast lunch and dinner professionally catered.
