Talent Acquisition Specialist

Lead end-to-end hiring for a growing organization in Minneapolis. Responsibilities Own the full-cycle recruiting process for all open roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to confirm staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies. Create and place job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms. Review and monitor job postings to keep openings visible, competitive, and current. Source candidates using online platforms, networking, referrals, career fairs, and additional recruiting channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements. Coordinate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process from application through acceptance. Develop and strengthen the employer brand to attract high-quality talent. Track recruiting metrics and recommend improvements to hiring processes. Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, and recruiting best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Experience recruiting across a variety of positions and multiple departments. Strong interviewing skills and relationship-building ability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards. Highly organized approach with the ability to manage multiple open positions at once. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven work style. Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
