And a focus on the Now, bringing urgency and discipline to every moment, knowing it can make a lasting impact.ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll do during a typical day:Oversee general ledger and financial reporting: Reconcile General Ledger accounts, review discrepancies, and guide team members in resolving issues to ensure accuracy and complianceProvide reporting oversight: Ensure accurate processing of financial reports, including month-end closing, monthly forecasts, and variance reportsControl budgets and inventory: Track and manage inventories and operational expenses to maintain cost controlSupervise payroll processing: Oversee timekeeping systems, weekly payroll submissions, gratuity calculations, and monthly payroll auditsHandle financial transactions: Ensure proper processing of received checks, calculate daily deposit transmittals, and maintain financial recordsInspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing teamAbout the organizationHow We'll Help You ThriveAt Hilton, the hospitality we’re known for doesn’t end with our guests.
