Shift Full-time day and full-time evening. Housekeeping experience preferred. Knowledge of general cleaning procedures and sanitation techniques. Be able to relate to residents and staff in a courteous, diplomatic manner under all circumstances. Successfully complete thorough background screening. Meet the physical demands of the position. Duties & Responsibilities Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions and tasks per daily assignments and established procedures. Clean, wash, sanitize, and polish furnishings. Clean floors and bathrooms as necessary and directed. Perform terminal cleaning procedures when a resident is discharged or transferred. Spot-check assigned vacant rooms and clean as needed. Follow facility safety and infection control practices when performing tasks and using equipment. Clean work/supply carts and equipment as directed. Honor residents' personal and property rights; turn in found articles to supervisor. Inventory residents' personal belongings as assigned.
