Operations Analyst- NWPS

Overview As an operations analyst, you’ll reconcile assets of the recordkeeping system, process requests to invest and liquidate account holdings, use Excel to review data and import ledger entries, interact with trading partners and internal staff to resolve discrepancies, assist on special projects, and more. Key Responsibilities Process retirement savings plan cash flow transactions Maintain investment database Interact with trading partners Obtain files and import records Reconcile plan assets to ensure system matches external tracking Monitor daily transactions, such as fund transfers and data collection Handle benefit payments and cash deposits accurately and timely Qualifications Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking ability Show initiative and be proactive when necessary Be highly organized, electronically and with paper Quality‑driven with a strong sense of accountability Diagnose problems and offer resolution Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Be open and flexible in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement Operate standard office equipment Use required software applications, including Microsoft Office 365 and established databases Efficiently manage time and resources Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization Thrive in a fast‑paced environment committed to meeting deadlines Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Advanced Excel (powerbuilder, macros), SQL, Crystal Reports or other related skills a bonus Education & Experience Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or other technical field of study or equivalent knowledge and experience. Experience General experience: 7 to 12 months. Salary Salary Range: $55,000.00 – $68,016.00. Travel Less than 25%. Workstyle Hybrid.
