You must have:

• Minimum 2 years of automotive service advisor experience
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Ability to work Saturdays when required
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, such as creating work orders, arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians, and providing estimates to the consumer and finalizing invoices.
• Advising customers on recommended repairs
• Communicating with service technicians on approved work by customers
• Updating management on repairs and work status
• Keeping up to date on status of all vehicles in shop and keeping customers informed
• Answering inbound calls from customers inquiring to their repair status
• Maintaining the highest level of professionalism
• Maintaining certification with factory
• Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management.
