F&B Supervisor

Position Summary We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton Denver under Pyramid Global Hospitality. The supervisor will oversee F&B service across multiple venue locations (Grounded, the Hub, Characters, and Knife & Board), resolve guest and employee issues, manage cash handling, and ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee food and beverage service across all properties. Resolve employee and guest related problems and enforce guest inebriation policies. Use proper cash handling and accounting procedures. Maintain knowledge of F&B products, menus, wine, beer, and liquor. Provide training, coaching, and guidance on service standards. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. Assist management with beverage controls, scheduling, payroll, ordering, and attend mandatory meetings. Perform other duties as needed by management. Qualifications 2–3 years of food and beverage experience with supervisory background. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to enforce standards. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
