Overview The Grant Review Manager (GRM) is responsible for the management and timely execution of contract deliverables for the planning and management of multiple concurrent grant review cycles. The GRM position requires the application of knowledge and understanding of scientific principles. Selected candidates are expected to contribute excellent management and leadership skills to a multidisciplinary team of government and contract scientists and support staff for execution of the congressionally mandated research programs. The contract will be responsible for planning, coordinating, integrating, programming, budgeting and executing these programs. Responsibilities Manage and oversee contract deliverables across multiple grant review cycles; coordinate planning, scheduling and execution to meet program timelines. Lead multidisciplinary teams of government and contract scientists and support staff; ensure effective communication and collaboration to support congressionally mandated research programs. Plan, coordinate, integrate, program, budget, and execute program activities and milestones. Qualifications Experience in managing contract deliverables and coordinating complex project timelines. Strong leadership and communication skills to lead multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated understanding of scientific principles relevant to grant review and research programs.
