In this role, you won't just be selling AI; you will be orchestrating AI Agents to supercharge your reach, research, and results. The Edge: Your Role in the AI Ecosystem This is a high-intensity, 12-month program designed to turn "go-getters" into industry leaders. Your mission involves: Human-Agent Collaboration: You will be trained to leverage our proprietary Agentic AI tools to automate prospecting, lead qualification, and market research. Your job is to learn to provide the "Human-in-the-Loop" strategic direction. Consultative CXO Engagement: You will interact with global CXOs, helping them navigate the transition from legacy systems to Compliant AI ecosystems powered by Fusionpact®. Identifying High-Value Pain Points: Master the ability to diagnose enterprise inefficiencies that can be solved by our Agentic frameworks (such as FusionVox). Compliance-First Advocacy: Educate clients on the importance of data privacy and regulatory compliance in AI—a core pillar of the Fusionpact® philosophy. Strategic Deal Architecture: Work alongside our engineering teams to build ROI-centric proposals for Fortune 500 prospects. Strategic Communication: Excellence in Listening, Understanding and articulation Analytical Ability: Ability to map technical features to business "pain areas." Digital Fluency: Familiarity with the Cloud ecosystem (Azure/AWS/GCP) and an eagerness to master Agentic AI workflows.
