Registered Nurse (Float – Geriatric Day Health Center) We're seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join a mission-driven Day Health Center in San Francisco. This is a 3+ month contract covering a leave of absence, providing comprehensive nursing care to seniors in a collaborative, community-based setting. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations for geriatric participants. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans. Provide patient, caregiver, and family education. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary care team. Serve as a clinical resource and float between center needs as required. Document assessments and interventions accurately while ensuring quality patient care.
