Fayetteville Contractors, Inc. is seeking an in person, Part-Time Office Assistant to provide support to our team in our Fayetteville office. This position offers approximately 20–24 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position during the paving season based on business needs.
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to multiple departments, including Accounting, Human Resources, Operations, and Project Management. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, data entry, filing, scanning, preparing documents, assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and supporting a variety of special projects. The role will provide support to internal teams and personnel as needed while helping ensure the office operates efficiently.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently are essential.
Starting pay is based on experience.
