Your Responsibilities

• Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment, from initial intake to final placement.
• Act as a Strategic Client Partner, deeply understanding their recruitment needs, challenges, and company culture.
• Utilize Strategic Sourcing through our bespoke CRM/ATS and your personal network, complemented by our innovative communication platform.
• Harness Our Platform to effectively manage candidates, track outreach, automate communication follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that not only provide long-term value for our clients but also facilitate lucrative commissions for you.
• Engage in Thought Leadership as we enhance our brand—and yours—in the industry.
